On Wednesday 5th October 2016 I hosted a technology focused workshop at Out & Equal Workplace Equality Summit. The workshop, titled “How can technology foster and accelerate an inclusive organization?” took the form of a panel discussion, with interactive Q&A. Speakers from Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Thomson Reuters each provided case studies and insights into how their organisations are embracing technology to further diversity and inclusion within and beyond their companies.
